“Open to all”: a diversity and learning conversation
Wednesday 10 March 2021 at 14:30-15:30 (UK time) via MS Teams
The University held a successful series of events last year when staff and students collaborated in “Supporting Learning for Students from Diverse Ethnic, Cultural and Educational Backgrounds”. Some recordings are available, and we have continued to build on this through our Celebrating Diversity blog.
To complement this, we are experimenting with a series of monthly informal drop in sessions which will be held on the second Wednesday of each month. Following our from our informative session in February, the next drop in session will be on Wednesday 10 March at 14:30-15:30 via MS Teams. This is an opportunity for all staff (including PGR students involved in teaching) with an interest in this area to pop in, chat about an issue or trial some ideas. The focus is on informality and openness.
