Roles and Responsibilities
- Day to day administration of the QUADRAT DTP
- Key contact for all QUADRAT students, from initial enquiry to graduation
- Coordination of DTP activities and training
- Record keeping – training / monitoring / assessment / progress
- Keeping track of suspensions / withdrawals / extensions
- Organising training courses and events / conferences / research day / induction
- Coordinating project title development for new cohorts
- Coordination of recruitment processes and timescale i.e. advertising and FindaPhD.com
- Liaising with both partner institutions, NERC, stakeholders and the management board to progress the QUADRAT DTP in accordance with the initial proposal and NERC guidelines
- Completing NERC reporting activities
- Social media and web updates and content / promotional materials
